Nope, nope, nope. I read 2 paragraphs and don't wish to read anything like that again. I don't care what those people think, and if they threaten me, they will get hurt. I hold no compassion for them whatsoever. I don't know how or why you do it. They're as sick as they come, and all that kind of thing sounds like a bunch of bullshit projections. The more I think about the larger problem at hand, the more I agree with you - there needs to be a bigger platform with broader reach and support. I don't have that, and I don't know where to look for that, let a lone who wants to be platformed in the first place.

I do see the futility of it all, and I recognize that I am not going to change the hearts and minds of those already deeply entrenched - I am not sure anyone can.

100% agree. It really is an echo chamber made to capture the hearts, minds, wallets, and votes of these parents. It reinforces that narrative which does the very opposite of what they want, to have their kid in their life again, to bring their family back together, etc. Instead, they lose the forest for the tree and buy into all the fear, uncertainty, and doubt being made, elevating confirmation bias to an art form.
